Access depends on your role. Org Owner can manage organisation details, currency, billing, ownership, and deletion. Org Admin can manage custom fields and view organisation-level settings. Other roles may see read-only settings, but they cannot change owner-only controls.
Organisation details
The Organisation Details section shows:- Name
- Address
- Post Code
- Created At
Plan and usage
The Plan & Usage section shows your current plan and branch usage. Bethel ChMS uses branch count as the enforced usage limit. If you reach your branch limit, you cannot create or duplicate more branches until your limit is raised.Billing
The Billing section shows your subscription status, branch count, and renewal or cancellation date. Only the Org Owner can click Manage Billing. Other users should contact the account owner to manage billing.Custom fields
Use Custom Fields to define additional fields for Member Fields and Visitor Fields. Org Owner and Org Admin can:- Add custom fields.
- Edit custom field labels, required status, and single-select options.
- Reorder fields.
- Remove fields.
Currency
The Currency section sets the default currency for new gifting entries. Only the Org Owner can change the currency. Existing gifting entries keep their original currency and are never rewritten. Supported currencies are GBP, USD, EUR, NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, CAD, and AUD.Transfer ownership
Only the current Org Owner can transfer ownership.
After the transfer, you become an Org Admin and the selected user becomes the Org Owner.
